Taylor is co-owner of GENESIS Downtown and oversees all sales & marketing.
Taylor is a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati (Go Bearcats!), obtaining a bachelor's degree in Communication. With over 12 years of hospitality experience, Taylor has touched several areas of the industry from restaurant bartending to hotel sales & catering.
As a former Events Manager for Hilton hotels, Taylor is a guru in managing logistics for conferences, galas & award dinners. This makes Taylor the ideal event planner and wedding planner in Columbus Ohio.

Karima is co-owner of GENESIS Downtown and oversees the business' human resources & operations.
Karima is a graduate of THE Ohio State University (O-H) earning a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication. Using her experience planning events for luxury retailer, Saks Fifth Avenue and making her mark in non-profit planning, Karima is sure to leave no detail unturned.
With her extensive 12 years of experience in event planning and operations, Karima has developed the knowledge, skills and relationships to successfully execute any event, including her own, as owner of Columbus-based wedding planning company, The Planning Bee.
